Research And Development
The Company has its own Research and Development center. The CNC multi slide cutting and forming machine, C.N.C. Snap ring machine, feeder, Coilers, Reel Stand, Catch feeds and specialized machines are the outcome of our Research and Development efforts. The Research and Development efforts are put by highly qualified engineers team under the guidance of the Research and Development Expert Shri. Pankaj K Shah.
Manufacturing Facility
The Company has Presses ranging from 10 to 200 tonnes in addition to specialised machines and high speed presses like Mabu and Bruder. The CNC Multislide Cutting and Forming Machine is used for specialised multi forming jobs. Rolling and Winding machines are used for snap ring manufacturing. Roller and pneumatic feeds are used for feeding. Fine Blanking Presses like Henrich Schmid enable us to offer Fine Blank Components. Shaker Hearth Furnaces and Austempering Furnaces are used for heat treatments. Various surface coating facilities like electroplating, phosphating, blackening, powder coating, lacquering, etc. are at our disposal. The surface and duplex grinders are used for grinding jobs.
