The CNC wire cut and EDM machines are at our services and are used for tooling apart from tool room machinery. The design of the tooling is done on CAD and CAM and everyday average of 2.25 number of tools are prepared.
Inspection
Recording and evaluation of inspection is computerized. The main inspection is carried out at tooling stage apart from inline and final inspection. The incoming raw material inspection is being done and counter verified with the customers test certificate.The main purchase is from reputed manufacturer namely TISCO (TATA). The S.Q.C. standards are set for bulk inspection. The customers satisfaction and ever increasing business reflects for quality and quantity assurance.
New Development
Majority of Hose clips (Hose band. Constant Tension Spring Band) have been developed as Import substitution for Indian Automobiles.
